Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Board Certification in Personal Injury Law.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience with attorneys and paralegals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation teams with guidance, mentorship, and direction for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and timely task completion across the team.
• Review pleadings, motions, and filings for quality and compliance.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, trials, and appeals as needed.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain a high level of trial readiness and KPI achievement.
