Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license.
• 4+ personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Experience handling Texas personal injury cases from intake through litigation and trial.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 46 litigation attorneys and their support staff.
• Guide case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or settlement.
• Conduct regular case strategy reviews and ensure cases are developed aggressively and efficiently.
• Mentor junior attorneys in deposition practice, motion practice, negotiation strategy, and trial preparation.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly prepared and positioned for trial when necessary.
• Review pleadings, discovery, and case evaluations prepared by team attorneys.
• Assist attorneys with complex litigation issues, high-value cases, and trial preparation.
• Maintain high standards for client communication, case progression, and legal work product.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and exceptional client service.
