Job summary

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Current good standing with at least one state bar.
• Ability to obtain MO bar admission if not licensed in MO.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portion of MOHELA’s litigation portfolio, mainly single-plaintiff matters.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on all phases of litigation and strategy.
• Advise internal clients on litigation trends, enforcement priorities, and compliance considerations.
• Provide practical, business-oriented guidance to minimize litigation exposure.
