Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer lending and privacy laws.
• Minimum 12 years of legal experience in law firms, in-house or government.
• Hybrid work model; able to work onsite 2–3 days/week near Chesterfield, MO.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain 6C Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on regulatory, consumer protection, privacy, and contract requirements.
• Review policies, notices, disclosures, and consumer communications for compliance.
• Lead regulatory projects and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and business partners to mitigate risk and improve controls.
• Support privacy and data security initiatives and state/federal legislation tracking.
