Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel with IT/fintech/banking experience to join the legal team. The position oversees commercial litigation and international arbitration across multiple jurisdictions, including UAE, UK, EU, and HK.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of dispute resolution, a law degree with active admission, fluent Russian and English, and strong drafting and research skills. Fully remote work from anywhere with travel as needed, 40 paid days off.

• 7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Law degree and active admission to practice.
• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules.
• Experience with e-discovery and legal tech tools.

Job description

We are looking for aSenior Litigation Counsel with experience in IT / Fintech / bankingfor the legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.);

• Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel;

• Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.

• 7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT / fintech);

• Law degree and active admission to practice;

• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken;

• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules;

• Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills;

• Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs;

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have: strong knowledge of UK Common Law (UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it), commercial litigation, ADR experience; flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel.
