Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Junior Associate to join its Fintech and Crypto team. The role is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide, with exposure to founders and high-growth companies on innovative digital asset projects.

You will draft documents, conduct regulatory research, assist with onboarding and fundraising matters, and support senior lawyers across cross-border matters. Strong drafting, research skills, and English at B2 level are required; Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Law degree required with bar admission.
• 1+ year experience in crypto, fintech, venture capital, or corporate law.
• Understanding of fundraising structures and documentation.

Duties

• Assist with client onboardings and account setups at financial institutions and crypto exchanges.
• Draft transaction and operational documents, including SAFTs and Token Warrants.

• Monitor industry trends and legal developments in blockchain and fintech.
• Support senior team members in advising clients on fundraising and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Law degree.1+ year of experience in crypto, fintech, venture capital, or corporate law.
• Understanding of fundraising structures and documentation.
• Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions used in the crypto industry.
• Knowledge of current crypto regulations in the U.S. and/or the EU.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• English proficiency at a confident B2 level or higher.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Personal interest in blockchain technology and digital assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Russian language proficiency.
