Azuria Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Litigation & Claims Counsel to lead the litigation and claims functions across North America, reporting to the General Counsel.

The role manages claims team, outside counsel, and third-party administrators, develops management processes, and provides risk-based legal guidance to business leaders on insured and uninsured claims, regulatory matters, and disputes.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of legal experience with significant responsibility for litigation and claims management.
• In-house counsel experience strongly preferred.
• Experience directing outside counsel and managing insurance claims, risk, or self-insured programs.
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership required.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the litigation and claims portfolio across North America.
• Supervise the claims team and manage outside counsel, TPAs, investigators and experts.
• Develop strategies to reduce litigation exposure and optimize dispute resolution.
• Provide risk-based legal guidance to business leaders on insured/uninsured claims and regulatory matters.
• Lead litigation budgets, dashboards, and reporting for executive leadership.
