Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong legal writing and analysis skills; ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
• Experience with trial, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and fact investigation to identify potential claims and defenses.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Present oral arguments in court hearings and cross-examine witnesses.
• Develop case strategy with team members and clients, considering outcomes, risks, and costs.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing regular case updates and sound legal advice.
• Stay abreast of current legal developments affecting clients' cases.
