Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years in litigation, with civil and insurance defense experience.
• Proven experience with UM/UIM cases and property insurance matters.
• Strong deposition, discovery, pleadings, and motion practice skills.
• Excellent legal research and writing; strong client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including depositions, discovery, pleadings, motions, and motion practice.
• Handle first-party property, bad faith, and coverage litigation cases.
• Provide legal advice on UM/UIM cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive writings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and partners to strategize outcomes.
• Maintain client service with confidentiality and professional integrity.
