We Are Legal Revolution, a national firm, is seeking a Litigation Defense Partner in a fully remote role with Atlanta base or alignment. You will manage complex litigation from inception to trial, defend professional, product, auto, and construction claims, and lead client development efforts while delivering strategic advocacy for high-stakes matters.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Complex Litigation Matters: Manage complex cases from inception through trial, developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings.
• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
