We Are Legal Revolution in Atlanta seeks an experienced Attorney to lead insurance defense matters on a national platform. The role offers significant litigation ownership, from discovery through trial preparation, with remote work options and strong exposure to major insurers and corporate clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in civil litigation / insurance defense, with Georgia Bar admission, solid deposition and motion practice, and a track record in handling high-exposure matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation / insurance defense experience.
• Experience in general liability, premises liability, transportation, construction, casualty and/or related defense matters.
• Strong deposition, motion practice and case-management experience.
• Georgia Bar admission required.

Responsabilités

• Manage insurance defense and complex liability matters from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend fact, expert and party depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Develop case strategy and provide direct reporting to insurer and corporate clients.
