The role emphasizes a sustainable 40-hour week, with no aggressive billable targets, and compensation up to $180,000+ with performance bonuses. GA Bar and ~5 years civil litigation required.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar admission required.
• Approximately five years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury, employment, or civil rights matters.
• Excellent drafting, deposition, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side cases from intake through resolution or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery materials.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial.
