Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney/Counsel to join as Associate, Counsel, or Partner with a portable book of business worth $200K+ in Massachusetts. The role requires a J.D., full MA licensure, and at least seven years of civil litigation experience.

You will manage a diverse civil docket, draft and argue filings, conduct research, and engage directly with clients and courts. This is a growth-focused opportunity at a well-regarded regional firm.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of civil litigation experience.
• Portable book of business of approximately $200,000 or more.
• Strong courtroom presence and experience handling matters independently.
• Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a thriving litigation practice.
