As a Litigation Partner, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• 1. Handling all aspects of business/commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• 2. Conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, and arguing motions.
• 3. Collaborating with other members of the litigation team to develop case strategies.
• 4. Leveraging your expertise in business development to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and expand the firm's reach.
• 5. Mentoring and guiding junior attorneys and other staff members.

Qualifications:
