CyberCoders seeks a Litigation Attorney in Concord, NH with 3–6+ years of experience to join onsite with some flexibility. You will evaluate, negotiate and try cases in state and federal courts across NH, MA, VT and ME, serving businesses, individuals, non-profits, and municipalities in diverse matters including corporate litigation.

The role demands strong writing, research and advocacy skills and the ability to manage a caseload from intake through appeal.

Qualificações

• NH bar admission is required.
• 3–6+ years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in business litigation strongly preferred.
• Background in corporate litigation a plus.
• Strong writing, research and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage caseload independently from intake to appeal.
• Familiarity with NH state and federal court procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and evaluate cases from intake to resolution.
• Manage strategy, pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial prep.
• Represent clients in NH, MA, VT, and ME state and federal courts.
• Handle a broad range of business litigation matters.
• Advise on motions, mediation, arbitration, and settlements.
• Collaborate with associates and paralegals on case strategies.
• Represent businesses, individuals, non-profits, and municipalities.
