Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a collaborative litigation practice in Concord, NH. You will handle matters across diverse disputes, engage in direct client interaction, and contribute to motion practice and case strategy from day one.

Candidates should have 2–6 years of litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. JD from an accredited school and NH/ME bar admission preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters through all stages of case development and resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy recommendations
• Manage discovery, document review, and case organization
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice disciplines on complex matters
• Maintain case deadlines and manage multiple active matters simultaneously
