Qualifications

• Three to six or more years of litigation experience is required.
• Experience handling business litigation matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate cases thoroughly from intake through resolution.
• Manage all strategy decisions including pre-suit demands, pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial preparation.
• Represent clients in litigation and advisory matters in state and federal courts across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine.
• Handle a broad range of business litigation matters, drawing on corporate litigation experience where relevant.
• Advise clients on dispositive motions, mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations when appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with experienced associates and paralegals to build strong case strategies.
• Represent businesses, individuals, non-profits, and municipalities across a diverse range of practice areas.
