Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in foreclosure, creditors' rights, or real estate.
• 5+ years of trial and courtroom experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Florida.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of foreclosure litigation, including contested hearings, trials, mediation, and motion practice.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys or paralegals.
• Develop case strategy and manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft, review, and argue legal pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings across jurisdictions.
• Attend and conduct trials, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting foreclosure and creditors' rights practice.

• Draft, review, and argue legal pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings across various jurisdictions.
• Attend and conduct trials, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, mediations, and trial testimony.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders on case progress and outcomes.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting foreclosure and creditors' rights practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
