Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Foreclosure Attorney in Delray Beach, FL to manage an uncontested caseload and drive the foreclosure process from start to post-judgment. The attorney will leverage state and federal foreclosure procedures to service clients efficiently.

Candidates must hold an active Florida Bar license with at least two years of foreclosure experience and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills within a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar admission is required.
• At least two years of foreclosure experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms (Fastcase or Westlaw).
