Davidovich Stone Law Group in California is seeking a sharp, driven Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team in North Hollywood or Carlsbad. You will manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through trial and resolution, drafting pleadings and handling depositions and court appearances.

This role focuses on landlord-tenant habitability and insurance defense work, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and shape case strategy, while maintaining close client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years for junior attorneys and 10+ years for senior attorneys.
• Experience representing landlords, property owners, or insurers in relevant disputes.
• Hands-on litigation experience (not transactional real estate).
• Strong litigation background, especially landlord-tenant habitability defense.
• Highly organized and able to manage competing deadlines.
