Davidovich Stone Law Group seeks a sharp Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team in North Hollywood or Carlsbad, CA, with flexible work-from-home options. You will manage a diverse landlord-tenant habitability caseload, draft and file complex pleadings, and lead strategic litigation efforts through trial and resolution.

Ideal candidates bring extensive hands-on litigation experience, insurer-defense exposure in habitability matters, and a track record of managing deadlines while mentoring

Qualifications

• Must have strong litigation background with landlord-tenant habitability defense.
• Experience defending habitability claims for insurers is required.
• Hands-on litigation experience preferred over transactional real estate.
• Minimum 4+ years for junior attorneys and 10+ years for senior attorneys.
• Experience representing landlords, property owners, or insurers in disputes.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and capable of managing competing deadlines.
