Job summary

NPAworldwide in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join our growing personal injury and property damage practice. You will meet with clients, assess claims and lead cases through trial with focus on first-chair litigation where possible.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of litigation experience, 4+ personal injury trials, Indiana Bar in good standing, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Member of the Indiana Bar and in good standing
• Experience evaluating claims and analyzing cases

SALARY RANGE: $150K to $200KPlus commission

Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

Position Summary

Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers.

Qualifications

Experience / Requirements

• Full-time
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• 4+ personal injury trials, as first chair preferred
• Member of the Indiana Bar and in good standing
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Team-oriented
