Your expertise will drive case strategy, negotiate settlements, and advocate fiercely in court to secure favorable outcomes. Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, from initial client consultation through trial and resolution.

• Prepare and file legal motions, pleadings, and discovery documents with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in court depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial proceedings with compelling legal advocacy.

• Coordinate with experts, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to build strong cases.

PAY REQUIREMENTS

Pay structure are determined based on skill level, location and years of experience and the ability to hit the ground running based on that experience.

Salary averages between $115,000 and $190,000 annually and is determined by the firm owner based on the criteria above. Pay will either be a set salary or salary with bonus percentage based on contingency fees from settlements
