What You'll Do

As Senior Litigation Attorney, you will:

·Litigate a diverse caseload: Represent clients in criminal, domestic, and civil litigation, handling 30-80 cases at any given time.

·Grow the practice: Drive business development efforts to expand our client base in Richmond and the surrounding areas.

·Deliver exceptional results: Provide outstanding legal representation, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining a collection rate above 75%.

·Collaborate with firm leadership: Work closely with JC Law’s experienced leadership team to align office growth with the firm’s overall vision.

·Champion innovation: Leverage our Perfect Client Lifecycle program to streamline case management and elevate client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented litigator who embodies leadership, ambition, and trustworthiness. The ideal candidate will:

·Be licensed to practice law in Virginia.

·Have extensive litigation experience in family law, criminal law, and civil litigation.

·Be entrepreneurial with a track record of building or contributing to the growth of a successful practice.

·Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and staff while influencing outcomes.

·Be highly organized and adept at managing competing priorities.

·Demonstrate expertise (or a willingness to grow) in areas such as custody agreements, divorces, prenuptial agreements, adoption, domestic violence, financial settlements, and criminal defense.
