• Strong written and oral advocacy, client communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, argue, and file motions and pleadings; prepare discovery and manage depositions.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff; collaborate with partners on case strategy.
• Maintain direct client communication on case progress and expectations; manage deadlines and settlements when appropriate.
• Appear before state and federal courts and participate in trials and settlement conferences.
