Job summary

PSI, a rapidly growing law firm in Providence, Rhode Island, seeks an experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of civil litigation and active Rhode Island Bar admission to join our office.

The successful candidate will conduct depositions, draft and argue motions, perform legal research, attend court conferences, manage client communications, participate in settlements, and prepare cases for trial, with the opportunity to assume significant responsibility and work directly

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Rhode Island Bar (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Proven case management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar admission is a plus.
