Job summary

PSI in Providence, RI seeks an experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years in civil litigation and a Rhode Island license. You will handle depositions, motions, research, and client counseling, while working with insurers and senior litigators on complex matters.

The role offers significant responsibility and opportunities to contribute to trial preparation and settlement negotiations while collaborating with a skilled team. Rhode Island practice is essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Rhode Island Bar (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Proven case management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar admission is a plus.
