Job summary

PSI in Providence, RI is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience to join our office. The successful candidate will handle depositions, motions, legal research, and client counseling in a collaborative environment.

This role requires admission to the Rhode Island Bar, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while working with senior litigators on complex matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Rhode Island Bar admission required.
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Massachusetts and/or Connecticut bar is a plus.
