Qualifications

• Strong foundation in law with focus on commercial litigation, entertainment, and IP.
• Experience drafting, briefing, and arguing motions in complex litigation.
• Advanced legal research and multi-jurisdictional issue analysis.
• Depositions: preparation, examination, and use in motions and trials.
• Experience before state and federal courts; handling conferences and trials.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; NY or CA Bar admission.
• 5–8+ years of litigation experience at a law firm.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy; strong judgment; multitasking.
• Experience supervising junior attorneys and coordinating with clients.
• Energetic, self-starter; owning cases; favorable book of business is a plus.
