We’re working with a NYC boutique that represents client ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations in internet and marketing related matters that is looking for a seasoned litigator to join the team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on experience handling hearings and depositions, drafting motions and briefs, and dealing with clients and opposing counsel. Candidates should be able to take on several cases simultaneously. No prior internet or marketing litigation experience is necessary. This is a fully in-office role.
