Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Judicial clerkship experience required.
• Approximately 4+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government agency, or comparable legal setting.
• Experience handling complex litigation matters and managing significant case responsibilities.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Admission to the applicable state bar, or ability to obtain admission promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all phases of litigation in federal and state courts.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel on complex litigation matters.
