The ideal candidate will manage matters from inception to resolution and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Office locations include Baltimore or Rockville, MD.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in good standing.
• 3–6 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to take on significant responsibility and build a long-term litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate closely with partners on complex litigation matters.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
• Assume increasing responsibility for case strategy and matter management.
