Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation matters.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Extensive experience with state and federal court e-filing.
• Proficiency with document management systems, such as NetDocs.
• Experience with legal timekeeping and billing software; Elite experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate and file documents in state and federal courts, including appellate matters.
• Maintain electronic case files and support new client onboarding using the firm's records management system.
• Assist with attorney billing, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
• Provide high-level administrative support while working collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and firm personnel.
