Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering with at least 10 years of experience.
• Operations-focused role in mineral processing or related industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead internal and external resources to deliver mineral development projects.
• Plan, schedule, and manage projects with a Target Zero safety mindset.
• Evaluate facility performance and recommend process improvements.
• Analyze operational data to identify issues and optimize plant performance.
• Prepare analytical reports to communicate insights to the team.
• Review designs, procedures and specs to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical leadership in process development and testing issues.
• Mentor process engineers and interns and supervise as needed.
• Support pilot, demonstration, and commercial-scale testing and operations.
