Job summary

Intelligenciia is seeking a Senior Technical Authority to oversee operations in their Direct Lithium Extraction facilities. This role entails stabilizing and optimizing the existing plant and providing technical oversight as new commercial-scale operations are commissioned.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in mineral processing. Relocation to Midland, Texas is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in mineral processing or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience operating continuous process circuits in production.
• U.S. citizenship, Green Card, or applicable Visa is required.

Responsibilities

• Own plant performance across recovery, uptime, throughput, and process stability.
• Provide senior technical leadership in Direct Lithium Extraction.
• Lead troubleshooting during upset conditions.
