Job summary

Innovative Labs, a leading maker of liquid dietary supplements in Utah, seeks a Production Manager to lead the production floor, align work, coach staff, and balance quality, cost, safety, and productivity daily. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and strong teamwork to elevate our liquid product lines.

You will oversee planning, coaching, and performance tracking, with two-week rotating shifts, and drive improvements across methods, equipment, and processes to meet high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or production, with leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, supervise, train, and deliver results through others.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the production team; make employment decisions.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily work across the department.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to deliver results.
• Resolve employee issues and build positive relationships.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to the Plant Manager.
• Monitor inventory and keep department stocked and on schedule.
• Train production employees and maintain current skills.
• Continuously improve production methods, equipment, and processes.
