Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college with maintenance training preferred.
• Familiar with visual management tools and standard work instructions.
• Lean experience preferred; ability to apply lean concepts in production.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient with common computer software (word processing, spreadsheets, database).
• Ability to present information to management and teams.

Responsibilities

• Motivate team members to achieve daily goals and KPI’s.
• Coach and develop line associates to improve performance.
• Support standards to ensure consistency in product creation.
• Understand standards and make good decisions in critical situations.
• Design and implement measurement systems to track productivity.
• Play an active role in lean initiatives.
• Maintain line equipment and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Set up lines for production orders.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMPs, with proper documentation.
• Engage in safety policies and equipment care.
• Recommend equipment purchases to improve operations.
