Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions is seeking a System Administrator with active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance to support a large Linux environment. You will install and maintain COTS/GOTS/FOSS software, perform day-to-day operations, monitor systems, and resolve issues across compute, network, memory, and storage components while upholding security and performance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• 15 years of System Administrator experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5 years substitution.

• Provide support for a large-scale Linux system including installation of COTS/GOTS/FOSS software, day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution.
• Maintain system security integrity, configure network components, and implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
