JT4, LLC in the U.S. Air Force/Space Force/Navy IT support domain seeks a Systems Administrator II to manage, install and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including storage, networks, and virtualization environments in a demanding federal contracting setting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX, Red Hat OS, scripting, high availability systems, and blade-based/Thin Client technologies, with focus on security compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher degree in Computer/Information Technology, or equivalent academic/technical training.
• Five (5) years related experience or combination of experience in computer system basics or related areas.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage, install and maintain enterprise computer systems, storage systems, networks, and associated IT infrastructure.
• Build, configure, secure, maintain and manage Linux and UNIX operating systems on enterprise servers/workstations.
• Install, build and manage enterprise virtualization environments.
• Manage and maintain OS compatibility across hardware and software solutions.
• Experience with scripting, batch file management, and automation of processes.
• Support high availability fault-tolerant computing solutions.
• Manage blade-based systems and Thin Client Technologies.
• Understand system security compliance, implementation and documentation.
