• Expertise in Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• VMware vSphere/VCenter/Horizon 8 proficiency and virtualization experience.
• Linux environments (Ubuntu 20.04+) and Solaris familiarity.
• Networking and storage basics with Dell hardware and Cisco/Fortigate devices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates system specifications and installs enterprise computer systems.
• Performs daily OS support including security, backups, and restoration.
• Monitors LAN performance and troubleshoots networking hardware.
• Implements upgrades from design to production with proper documentation.
