Erias Ventures is seeking a System Administrator in the United States (Maryland) to support IT systems, maintain infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering teams. The role requires a Top-Secret/SCI security clearance with a polygraph and strong Linux experience.

Ten years of SA work in similar programs is expected, with a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position emphasizes CI/CD, automation with Ansible and Terraform, security controls, and supporting day-to-day

Qualifications

• Ten years of System Administrator experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; or five extra SA years in lieu of degree.
• Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required; candidates cannot be sponsored for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployments and resolve environment issues.
• Automate routine tasks using Ansible, Terraform, and scripting.
• Maintain security through firewalls, access controls, and monitoring.
