You will coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and vendors across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality outputs for live events and post‑production stages.

The role requires hands-on experience with on‑set operations, post‑production workflows, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video production experience, ideally in live events, broadcast, entertainment, or studio/brand marketing.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience overseeing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects.
• On-set and live event production experience, plus a thorough understanding of post-production workflows covering editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Experience producing content for LED screens, live events, large-scale displays, ultra-wide formats, and unconventional canvases; familiarity with modern tools such as Runway.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills; proficiency with Google Workspace and production/project management tools. PMP or similar certification and hands‑on visual storytelling, video production, or filmmaking experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage video production projects from initial brief through final delivery, ensuring timelines, requirements, and deliverables align with master schedules.
• Develop and maintain production timelines across multiple concurrent projects; communicate status and proactively address risks, bottlenecks, and changing creative needs.
• Coordinate production resources, vendors, freelance talent, tool access, licensing, and stakeholder next steps.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and reconcile production spend while overseeing production workflows, asset organization, version control, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Support on-set, live event, and post-production operations, including rehearsals, show-day activities, quality control, and final asset delivery.
