Responsibilities

• Oversee the production lifecycle from concept through final delivery.
• Build and manage production calendars, schedules, staffing plans, and post timelines.
• Guide producers on shoot planning, crew/vender bookings, and location logistics.
• Develop and track budgets, estimates, and expenses; flag risks.
• Oversee editorial assignments, edit schedules, and platform-ready delivery.
• Coordinate with editorial, social, sales, legal, publicity, and talent teams.
• Create production/post-production systems, templates, and trackers.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting scope, cost, or timing.
