Cella by Randstad Digital in New York, NY is seeking a highly organized producer to join the Creative & Strategy department on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). You will manage video projects from brief to delivery, coordinate timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned.

The role requires strong PM skills, experience across video production, post, and motion graphics, and comfort with evolving AI pipelines. Responsibilities include real-time status updates, resource coordination, and budget

Qualifications

• Five+ years of video production experience, including live events or entertainment contexts.
• Thorough understanding of post-production workflows, editors, motion graphics, and VFX.
• Experience coordinating resources, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute projects from brief through final delivery, aligning with PM schedules.
• Build and maintain production timelines across multiple concurrent video projects.
• Communicate status and progress in real time to video teams and project managers.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, and freelance talent; manage licenses and access.
• Support workflows including asset organization and version control; utilize Google tools for status communication.
