Qualifications

• 5+ years of production or post-production experience in digital media, agency, or comparable environments.
• Strong working knowledge of field and studio production, editorial workflows, rights/clearances, and digital delivery.
• Ability to guide producers, coordinators, editors, crews, and external partners while maintaining productive relationships.
• Excellent project management, attention to detail, and balancing schedules, budgets, creative needs, and stakeholders.
• Clear, direct communication and sound judgment when sharing status and risks.

Responsabilités

• Workflow leadership: oversee production lifecycle from concept through final delivery.
• Resource & schedule management: build production calendars and staffing plans; surface conflicts.
• Production oversight: guide shoot planning, crew bookings, location/talent logistics, equipment, and day-of execution.
• Budget & vendor management: track budgets, estimates, invoices, and expenses; flag risks.
• Post-production management: oversee editorial assignments, rounds, and platform-ready delivery.
• Cross-functional coordination: align with brand editorial, social, sales, legal, publicity, and talent.
• Operational standards: create templates and trackers to improve visibility and accountability.
• Problem solving: identify bottlenecks and resolve day-to-day issues affecting scope, cost, timing.
