Paramount's Creative & Strategy department seeks a highly organized producer to own timelines and status updates for video and motion graphics projects. The role sits within Project Management and aligns the video team with internal creatives and executives.

The candidate should be fluent across video production, post, motion graphics, and visual effects, thriving in real-time pipelines and AI-enhanced workflows. This is a part-time role in New York with flexible workload adaptation.

Formación

• Five+ years of video production experience, ideally including live event, broadcast networks, or entertainment studio/brand marketing.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills across multiple projects.
• On-set and live event production experience, including rehearsals and show-day operations.
• Thorough understanding of post-production workflows, including editorial, editing, motion graphics, and VFX.
• Familiarity with modern production tools such as Runway and rapidly evolving pipelines.
• Experience delivering content for LED screen environments, live events, and large canvases.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the video team to plan and execute projects from brief through final delivery.
• Build and maintain production timelines across multiple concurrent video projects.
• Communicate status and progress in real time, flag risks and bottlenecks early.
• Re-adapt schedules when production needs change and provide actionable next steps.
• Produce written recaps and confirmed direction after creative reviews.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, and freelance talent, including licenses and relationships.
• Manage budgets and track project spend.
• Support workflows with asset organization and Google Suite usage for scheduling and status communication.
