Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking aProducer to lead multiple high-visibility B2B creative projects from intake to final delivery. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, align cross-functional teams and manage priorities, risks and approvals across events, digital experiences, and video.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in creative project management, strong planning and communication skills, and experience with Workfront or Airtable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in creative project management, integrated marketing, account management, production, advertising or a related discipline.
• Experience using Workfront, Airtable or comparable project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple B2B creative projects from intake through final delivery across events, social, digital experiences, presentations and video.
• Translate business objectives and creative strategy into clearly defined scopes, schedules, milestones, workflows and review cycles.
• Proactively manage priorities, risks and dependencies, recommending solutions and driving decisions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate feedback and approvals across internal teams, agencies, vendors and external partners.
• Maintain accurate project information and visibility using Workfront, Airtable and other work management tools.
