The role requires a minimum of high school education and post-secondary culinary training, with opportunities for growth within Loews Hotels & Co and collaboration across teams. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Capacity to stand, stoop, bend; lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and organizes work area with all necessary supplies and equipment.
• Receives, inspects, and stores food products to ensure quality.
• Follows standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Ensures timely service and maintains cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
