Job summary

Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is seeking a skilled Line Cook to support our Phoenix kitchen operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Line Cook experience in hotel/resort or restaurant settings and can handle all stations on the line.

You will lead production prep, maintain cleanliness, and ensure timing aligns with service goals. We value teamwork, a strong work ethic, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Line Cook in a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoys working as part of a team that provides great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Directs, trains, and monitors performance of Line Cooks; maintains sanitation.
• Prepare and assign production and prep work; review priorities.
• Communicate changes to assignments throughout the shift.
• Set up work station with mis en place; break down stations and close duties.
• Inform the Sous Chef of supplies to requisition for the day's tasks.
