Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a dedicated Cook 3 to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will prepare meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner, maintain high standards of quality, and work across multiple stations while upholding safety and sanitation.

A $1,000 gross sign-on bonus is offered after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. Internal applicants are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments.
• Ability to follow recipes and production standards.
• Strong eye for detail and timing during service.
• Commitment to safe food handling and sanitation.
• Willingness to train and cross-train with other stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per guest orders of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Set up and break down kitchen station for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain proper food temperature and rotate per policy.
• Assist chefs with ordering and inventory as needed.
• Train new colleagues and support cross-training initiatives.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
